  • Responsible for the overall operational functioning of the facility, including monitoring census, planning and directing programs, complying with budget projections, and developing policies and procedures.
  • Ensures all employees, residents and families are treated with the utmost respect, actively involved in community groups, and develops relationships with local hospital leadership.
