Knowledge of SPHERE standards
Proficiency in Somali and English
Experience with Kobo Toolbox and ODK
Statistical software skills
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Ability to coordinate lessons learned events
Key Requirements
Minimum three years community-based programming experience
At least two years monitoring and evaluation experience
University degree in Social Sciences or related field
Proficiency in English and Somali languages
Computer literacy including MS Office and statistical packages
