• Provide legal, commercial and administrative support to the legal team and dentsu’s media trading business.
• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on routine commercial agreements across a variety of areas but generally focused on media and trading.
• Help develop and deliver training and initiatives to assist business stakeholders in managing risk / contract compliance.
