The successful candidate must be able to assist in management, training, motivation, and coaching of staff to embody the hotel culture.

Previous hospitality supervisory experience
Experience in hotel Front Desk positions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use technology like iPads and computers
Prior experience with coaching and training a team
