Job Summary
This role is critical to meeting Group-wide regulatory requirements for Change Management Risk Standard (CMRS).
Lead continuous improvement of delivery and risk culture by applying structured problem-solving techniques and promoting knowledge sharing of best practices across Business and Support units.
Partner with Operational Risk teams to embed CMRS requirements, ensuring consistent adoption, uplift of controls, and evidence across all change initiatives.
