CSL Limited is seeking a Patient Resource Navigator for the Hemophilia B community across several Midwestern states. The role focuses on providing personalized support and education about gene therapy to patients, healthcare providers, and the bleeding disorders community
Job Summary
The Patient Resource Navigator will provide the Hemophilia B community with comprehensive, personalized support and education on gene therapy throughout the patient’s journey.
Educate patients/caregivers on CSL hemophilia products and services to promote a well-balanced understanding of treatment options and available support services through telephone communication, live/virtual patient and family meetings, and patient education programs.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
5-7 years of experience in hemophilia treatment center, patient-related organization or health care system

Experience with patient advocate-type responsibilities
Experience with the Bleeding Disorders Community strongly preferred
