Job Summary
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, performing all tasks of Night Audit Guest Services Agent including greeting, checking in and settling guest accounts.
Responsible for providing a seamless and exceptional guest arrival and departure experience, adhering to Leading Quality Assurance Standards and Service Essentials for Guest Services Agent to ensure Guest Satisfaction Results.
Act as an Ambassador for Fairmont Waterfront and the City of Vancouver creating memorable experiences for our guests and visitors, providing knowledgeable information regarding hotel facilities and general city information.
