Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must identify residents using wristbands or photo cards before providing care and report all changes in condition or incidents to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
The role requires assisting with daily personal care needs including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding while maintaining the comfort and dignity of residents at all times.
