Must-have
10+ years high-speed testing experience
Ground testing and propulsion knowledge
Fluid dynamics and high temperature flow expertise
Team leadership and mentoring capabilities
Hardware development and prototyping support
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with ASME NIST MIL-STD NASA standards
Cross-disciplinary electrical controls and piping knowledge
Proficiency interpreting CFD and FEA results
Experience in combustion and ramjet engines
Background in rotating detonation engines

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
