  • This role involves managing changes from order release to shipment, including delays, quantity changes, and ship mode updates, to maintain an accurate supply picture and fulfill demand.
  • The SME acts as a bridge between POM teams, Markets, Factories, and liaison officers to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant execution of purchase order lifecycles.
