Our Origination & Advisory business provides the full range of investment banking products and services for large-cap and mid-cap corporates and financial sponsors.
Your key responsibilities include originating bond transactions in Japan DCM Investment Grade and SSA segment, performing due diligence, and handling all facets of trade execution for bond deals.

Must-have
Originate bond transactions in Japan
Due diligence of clients and markets
Trade execution for bond deals
Client coverage and origination experience
Robust knowledge of investment banking products
Good fluency in English and Japanese
Nice-to-have

Team player with good cultural fit
Work in a high-pressure environment
Key Requirements
At least 8 years of Debt capital markets in foreign bank
Track record of originating and executing USD, EUR, and/or AUD capital market transactions
Educated to university degree level with strong numerical ability
