Fosters good working relationships with Production, Engineering and Facilities Departments to ensure that equipment is maintained, repaired and sustained for validated production of medical products.
Trains all staff in structured problem-solving methods to be proficient in analyzing, troubleshooting and rectifying root causes of machine problems, using standardized methods and industry best practices.
Measures equipment Operational Availability, Mean Time between Failure and Mean Time to Repair at asset level, prioritizing and assigning project work to identify and eliminate root causes.
