Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Art Therapy experience with children and adolescents
  • Masters Degree in Art Therapy
  • Working knowledge of psychological theory
  • Ability to function in multidisciplinary environment
  • Experience working with hospitalized children

Nice-to-have

  • Preferred ATR certification prior to hire
  • Experience in medical setting including grief and trauma
  • Comfort working with end-of-life situations
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt interventions for special needs

Key Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Art Therapy
  • ATR required within 2 years of hire
  • One or more years of Art Therapy experience with children
  • Preferred ATR certification prior to hire date
