Base: $150,000 - $200,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: Short- and long-term incentives included; Benefits: Health care, retirement, vacation, and paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years in executive recruitment or HR
Direct experience in sports business environment
Deep network across sports ownership and leagues
Proven ability to build candidate pipelines
Experience managing C-suite search mandates
Nice-to-have
Prior experience at executive search firm
Familiarity with CRM and ATS platforms
Comfort operating in startup-within-company environment
Experience supporting diversity and inclusion hiring
Background in succession planning conversations
Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in HR or talent acquisition
Meaningful portion focused on sports business or media
Strong understanding of sports organization hiring dynamics
Existing relationships with owners, presidents, and CHROs
Proficiency with Cluen/Encore or LinkedIn Recruiter
