  • This role will be the go-to resource for managers and employees, providing expert guidance on employee relations, manager coaching, HR policies, and miscellaneous inquiries.
  • Drive core HR Processes with your assigned departments (e.g., Annual Performance Management processes, D&I initiatives, Talent Reviews, Learning and Development offerings).
