Supervise the operation of your assigned county-operated beach, patrolling to prevent accidents, performing rescues, administering medical assistance, and maintaining order per Sarasota County ordinances.
Assist in the development and continued training of Lifeguards and provide input for performance evaluations.

Key Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years of open water lifeguard experience
