Job Summary

• The Early Careers Recruitment Specialist will drive the US Internship Program by overseeing the lifecycle from campus recruitment strategy, to programming operations, logistics and assessment.
• This position will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end recruitment and delivery for our Entry Level programs partnering with the Recruitment Strategy & Operations team to evolve the recruitment process and hiring outcomes.
• The role involves developing and facilitating cross-cultural programming that connects US interns with international leaders and vice versa, acting as a liaison between domestic and international recruitment functions.
