Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to drive Manufacturing Excellence across all the Integer Manufacturing Facilities by designing and implementing sustainable systems that enable full engagement resulting in world-class operational performance in safety, quality, delivery, lead-time, and cost.
  • Responsibilities include deploying the Integer Production System, leading the creation of site visions and strategic plans, facilitating workshops, coaching site leaders, promoting a lean culture in all sites, and managing/developing direct reports.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
  • 10 years industrial experience
  • Plant Continuous Improvement Manager experience preferred
  • Travel requirements vary from 25%-75%
