Base: $79,664.00 - $117,696.80/Annual; Bonus/Equity: up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus; Benefits: comprehensive benefits

Patient assessment and plan of care
Administering manual exercises
Instructing patients on physical activities
Supervising PTAs
Electronic Medical Record systems familiarity

Key Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy required
Massachusetts Physical Therapist License required
BLS/AHA certification required
1-2 years experience preferred
Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License preferred
