The Facility Manager provides strategic direction and accountability for all aspects of the physical plant, buildings, grounds, real estate, and capacity utilization.
You'll oversee design, planning, construction, and maintenance of facilities; manage departmental budgets; coordinate space allocation and facility expansion; and present plans and updates to site leadership teams.

Key Requirements
High school diploma/GED with 10+ years experience
Minimum 5 years in a people leader/supervisory role
Demonstrated knowledge of site facilities and vendor management
GxPs and industry guidance documents knowledge
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Computer skills commensurate with duties
Ability to problem solve and make quick decisions
