Job Summary

  • The Corporate Development Accounting team supports finance and accounting related functions for the company’s inorganic growth opportunities, primarily responsible for the accounting and reporting of M&A transactions and strategic investments.
  • The Senior Manager will lead the accounting and valuation of M&A transactions and strategic investments, oversee accounting analysis for Corporate Development related transactions, and work with 3rd party valuation specialists on purchase price allocations.
