Job Summary

• This role will provide crucial support for VUMC’s healthcare software across multiple clinical areas, including work on day-to-day operational issues, break/fix, configuration, maintenance, upgrades and on-call rotations under occasional guidance.
• The ideal candidate will be able to perform multiple functions of application management and support, including workflow assessment, application installation, configuration, and testing, architectural documentation, interfacing and other integration, application support and troubleshooting, and upgrade planning and execution.
