Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Phlebotomy certificate or training required
  • Current Washington State Medical Assistant –Phlebotomy required
  • Medical Assistant – Registered License required
  • Healthcare provider CPR Certification required
  • Six months phlebotomy experience preferred
