Job Summary

  • This position serves as the main point of contact for all aspects of a facility while managing day-to-day facilities operations by maintaining a world-class working environment to create a wonderful workplace experience for employees.
  • You will manage general employee requests, reception and mailroom while inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards, identifying, planning, and reporting major areas needs for repair, and conducting regular facilities inspections and audits.
  • This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by ensuring office facilities and office space are well-maintained, ensuring all site documentation is updated, assisting in special events within the office, and serving as vendor POC on soft services for daily operations.
