The primary purpose of this role is to lead the site team responsible for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site goals.
You will create a culture of EHSS excellence by serving as the Subject Matter Expert on regulations and driving associate engagement through the SAFE-Together program.
This position requires managing daily operations, leading a team of professionals, and ensuring compliance with FDA, OSHA, EPA, and other local regulations in a medical device manufacturing setting.

ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation
