Establish operational processes that align to best practice and support a COE team that administers 8 different Xactly instances for approx. 500 commission plans.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align policy, process, calculation, and system changes, and function as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
Provide actionable recommendations to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency, and coach and mentor internal teams on Xactly best practices.
