Employees must report all changes in the residents' condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical and record all entries in an informative manner.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care functions such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and managing bowel and bladder needs while ensuring safety.

Key Requirements
