Job Summary

  • The Team Leader must ensure the achievement of quantity and quality objectives of the production activities of the department of competence, through planning, supervision and control of the department's production activities.
  • Ensure the direction, coordination and control of the dependent structure through the definition of objectives, valorization of results, analysis of training and development needs, in order to guarantee a high level of performance and motivation.
  • Support the Supervisor in managing the inventory level of the assigned department, by ordering the necessary consumable material for production, as coded by pharmaceutical formulations.
