  • You will be responsible for handling and investigating formal claims and complaints from customers, independently conducting investigations and drawing legal conclusions in matters concerning banking operations and securities trading.
  • The role requires you to independently investigate and analyze the situation and relevant contractual terms to then present solution proposals, involving daily contact and close collaboration with other departments within Nordnet.
