Key Requirements

  • Eligible for Massachusetts Pharmacy Licensure
  • Board Certification in specialty (preferred, required within 18 months)
  • PGY1 and PGY2 Solid Organ Transplant Pharmacy Residency or Fellowship (preferred)
  • 2-3 years pharmacist experience (preferred)
