The incumbent is responsible for executing end-to-end people strategies across marketing, commercial, sales, and regional staff while collaborating globally across four zones including ISC, META, JAPAC, and LATAM.
Candidates must possess a strong strategic mindset with proven experience in leading organizational transformation, workforce planning, and succession planning within complex multinational environments.
