  • Serve as a key senior People Partner in the region and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping our organizational strategy and leading the execution of People Programs, Processes, and Projects across the US and Canada.
  • Oversee North American workplace budgets and vendor spend while empowering teams to execute engagement and recognition strategies that sustain a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and provincial laws across the US and Canada, including policy development and SOP refinement.

  • Office management/workplace operations oversight
