Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant provides leadership during resuscitation at birth of both term and preterm infants.
The Bend NICU operates with 24/7 APP coverage, with the NNP/PA responsible for both day and night coverage.
Participates in ongoing quality improvement, educational, and clinical leadership activities in collaboration with the NICU Medical Director and NICU Leadership.
