  • The Head of Finance serves as a trusted business partner to the Area GM and regional leadership team, driving strategic financial support and performance analysis.
  • This role is ultimately responsible for all financial matters including US GAAP closing, statutory reporting, audits, tax filing, and maintaining a strong internal control environment.
  • The position requires leading the Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning while optimizing working capital and managing operating expenses.
