Salary
Base: $29.83 - $36.15 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Incentive cash and stock opportunities available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
cGMP bioprocessing manufacturing experience
aseptic processing in ISO 5 biosafety cabinets
cell washing and cryopreservation processes
working with human blood components
cleanroom environment compliance
Nice-to-have
experience with automated equipment
knowledge of Data Integrity and ALCOA+ principles
BSL-2 containment area experience
willingness to travel for training
strong practical and theoretical knowledge
Key Requirements
High school diploma plus 2+ years cGMP experience
Bachelor's degree in science or engineering preferred
Must be able to work rotating shifts including weekends
