Job Summary

  • As an Account Manager, you will partner with Account Executives to execute customer account strategies, develop regional market account plans to meet sales expectations, and serve as the Voice of the Customer throughout the contract lifecycle for assigned accounts.
  • This role also focuses on operational excellence across the assigned Global Markets region, including coordinating market insights, overseeing region budget control and ensuring commercial process implementation, while fostering collaboration among the team.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of progressive experience
  • Previous customer-oriented experience desired
  • Knowledge of NSSS systems, business unit products, services, commercial operations, financial planning and/or strategic objectives highly valued
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
