The Digital Automotive Lead is responsible for driving growth, performance, and profitability across Plenti’s OEM automotive partnerships and Direct Auto acquisition channels.
This role plays a critical part in managing and optimising key OEM relationships while scaling direct digital acquisition.
You will lead campaign execution during OEM incentive periods, refine pricing strategies, and identify opportunities to grow volumes through deeper integration and operational optimisation.

Key Requirements
5+ years experience in growth, acquisition, partnerships, product, or channel management
Proven ability to drive customer/volume growth across B2C digital channels
Experience in digital, marketplace, financial services or Fintech
Strong commercial acumen
Strong stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset
Working knowledge of SQL
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
