As a Core Guide, you will conduct community outreach, support individuals' health needs, build trust, and act as the primary point-of-contact.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Lived experience with SMI and/or SUD
Personal knowledge of recovery
Empathy and compassion
Excellent communication skills
Comfort working in multidisciplinary teams
Nice-to-have
Expertise in recovery education
Familiarity with local resources
Understanding of whole health approaches
Trauma-informed approaches
Key Requirements
State Peer Recovery certification or eligibility
Valid driver’s license
Two (2) years demonstrated recovery time
Basic proficiency with smartphone and computer technology
