Job Summary
This role supports the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project, a flagship initiative for Air Products focused on large-scale renewable energy assets.
The engineer is responsible for assuring cybersecurity compliance and resilience for power generation systems including Solar PV, Wind Turbines, and BESS.
Candidates must possess extensive experience in Operational Technology (OT) and validate cybersecurity controls during pre-commissioning and commissioning phases.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10-15 years OT experience
3+ years ICS cybersecurity design
Saudi NCA and HCIS standards knowledge
Solar PV and Wind Turbine security
BESS and HV/MV substation controls
FAT SAT CSAT testing participation
Nice-to-have
ISA/IEC62443 accreditation preferred
SANS certification preferred
Strong communication skills
Microsoft Visio proficiency
Experience with Modbus PROFINET protocols
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
Minimum 10 to 15 years OT experience
At least 3 years ICS cybersecurity validation
Knowledge of Saudi cyber standards HCIS and NCA
International certifications like ISA/IEC62443 preferred
