Job Summary

  • The Proposal Manager is responsible for leading and managing the development of competitive proposals and ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements while delivering compliant, compelling and high-quality submissions.
  • Leads and coordinates the end-to-end proposal development process, including analyzing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), SF33s, Requests for Information (RFIs), and other solicitation documents.
  • The projected salary range for this position is $75,000-$150,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously
  • Advanced working knowledge with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe, Teams
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
