  • Responsible for developing the strategy and execution for two critical areas of Treasury Management data usage: Client onboarding and fulfillment of TM services, and client usage of transactional data.
  • Responsible for the matrixed leadership of a cross-functional team of stakeholders in technical and business worlds to develop a small data product from conception to launch and manage the product post-development.
  • Develop and maintain data product roadmap leveraging understanding of client pain points and feedback from higher management, outlining the body of work expected now, next, and into the future, to deliver the largest client impact.
