Job Summary

  • Accompany the Head of Retail Operations Projects in animating the international Retail Operations community and working on Retail operations, customer experience, and boutique performance monitoring projects.
  • Contribute to the coordination of projects impacting CHANEL Mode boutiques operationally or organizationally, and consolidate the 'Roadmap 360' of projects impacting Retail.
  • Participate in the organization and animation of Retail governance bodies between the Division and the Markets, including meeting organization, agenda definition, and synthesis writing.
