Job Summary

  • This role will see you take responsibility for delivering a seamless and compliant end‑to‑end scams complaints and resolution journey for RBS.
  • You will work across channels and systems to ensure customers experience fair, clear and timely outcomes, while balancing risk, compliance and operational sustainability.
  • The E2E Customer Journeys Crew is responsible for the design and delivery of exceptional customer journeys for critical processes such as Disputes, Deceased Estates and Retail Authorities, Tokenisation and Scams.
