  • Provide key beneficiary education and enrollment services for the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) under the Defense Health Agency (DHA).
  • Process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers, and manage Primary Care Manager (PCM) changes.
  • Offer guidance on TRICARE resources, benefits, enrollment, and claims, assisting beneficiaries both in person and over the phone.
