Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years IT operations experience
Windows 10/11 enterprise management
Windows Autopilot design and management
ITSM platform experience (Ivanti preferred)
Hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting
Nice-to-have
PowerShell scripting and automation skills
Power BI or similar reporting tools
ERP systems and enterprise integrations
Large-scale deployment leadership
Monitoring and alerting platform experience
Key Requirements
3-5 years in IT operations or systems engineering
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
