The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while ensuring their safety and dignity throughout the shift.
