Job Summary

  • Your main missions will include contacting clients by phone/email, preparing appointments for private bankers, and daily work on account movements and operations.
  • You will be responsible for payments, redemptions, changes to mandates for life insurance contracts, opening accounts, and regularizing MIFs, CNI, and management mandates for each client appointment.
  • You will act as an interface between the banker and various bank departments (Back Office, RAC, legal department) and draft credit notes.
