** Newyorkbioconnect is seeking an Engineering Intern to assist with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineering tasks aimed at supporting production and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in engineering and familiarity with cGMP standards, as well as various technical competencies related to engineering processes. **

Job Summary

  • Organizes, plans, directs, and supports Production, Project, Validation and Maintenance activities to ensure equipment, systems, and facilities are safe, efficiently utilized, reliable and meet cGMP, regulatory or production requirements.
  • Assists in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation (MEI) engineering providing troubleshooting support with the goal of increasing operational efficiencies and minimizing maintenance expenses.
  • Completes jobs assigned by Supervisor pertaining to installation, modification, fabrication, testing, servicing, and repairs of equipment, with adherence to site change control procedures or minor projects requirements.
