Job Summary
We are looking for an HR SSC specialist who will provide support for our HR processes and activities, guide employees, coordinate HR tasks, and ensure the smooth daily functioning of the HR SSC.
Your responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries via various channels, answering employee questions, managing requests, and escalating more complex cases when necessary.
