This role serves as the go-to person for local and global HR operations, onboarding, engagement activities, and internal HR communications.
The position supports Croatia and provides HR assistance to Hungary, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, and North Macedonia.
Candidates will drive local initiatives around culture, well-being, and diversity & inclusion while supporting annual people processes.
